FAQ for Amusement Part Equipment
1. How old should be the children who use the amusement equipments?
A: It depends on different kinds of equipments. For example, seesaw is not fit for children under 5-year; slide is fit for 3-year and above children and some large equipment gets higher requirement. For more information, please read the instruction before let your child play, and do please choose the right one for safety.
2. How should I organize the equipment?
A: There should be enough open space around playground equipment so that children can use the equipment safely. Swings, slides, and other equipment need a buffer zone of empty space to prevent collisions by users and with objects. Also, equipment should be grouped by recommended age range and activity levels of children. Popular items should be spread around the playground to avoid crowding.
3. What else should I consider when buying and installing new equipment?
A: Make sure that the equipment is properly installed and anchored. Loose equipment is a leading factor in playground injuries. Also, check the product’s durability and safety record to ensure that you are purchasing equipment that is proven to be safe. Any finishes and paints applied to the equipment must meet lead safety standards and should be resistant to corrosion. Finally, look for equipment composed of plastic, wood, or vinyl instead of metal when possible.
4. What after service you provide?
A: our company is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems
5. How do you ship the goods?
A: Usually shipping by sea. But it’s variable at customer's need.
6. What about size and color?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.
7. Where should I display these equipments?
A: Display your equipments on the ground plain enough to set them up and place free of sharp stones or something that could be dangerous for player.
8. Can I use options from other manufacturers?
A: We do not recommend using accessories from other manufactures. This is because we do not know the extent to which they have been tested for strength and weight, etc. Any modifications or changes you make to your playset are at your own risk.
9. Can I install the slide and ladder in different positions?
A: In many cases the positions at which you install the slides and ladders are interchangeable but not always. We suggest you follow the directions and assemble the playset as described there.
10. Can I leave off the monkey bars or switch the position of them and the swing beam?
A: We do not recommend changing the way in which the playsets major components are assembled. This includes attachment of swing beams and monkey bars. Any modifications such as these are at your own risk.
11. Can I buy a different slide or swing for my set?
A: Yes. In many cases you can purchase spiral slide or a toddler swing for your set. However, not ALL slides work with all sets. Until we complete an accessory application matrix on our site, please don't hesitate to email us with your questions so we're sure you order the correct accessory.
12. How can I disassemble my equipment?
A: Each piece of equipment goes with a USES’ MANUAL if it’s a new one, please read it before your usage. And please disassemble it accordingly.
13. How level does the place which I would like to place the playset need to be?
A: It is recommended that the area in which your play structure is to be installed be fairly level & free of debris. The fort can be dug into the ground for leveling up to 6". Another option is to use wood leveling blocks. Any leveling that requires more than 0.5 man hours will result in additional charges.
14. Can a climbing ramp be put on any set?
A: Yes, virtually all sets can have a climbing ramp or rock wall added.
15. Can a fireman's pole be put on any set?
A: The fireman's pole can be put on virtually any set.
16. What is the weight limit for the play sets?
A: The platforms on our sets are stronger than most decks on a home, so it will handle several adults. The chains are rated at 800lbs per link holding 250 lbs swinging.
17. What is the weight limit on the slides?
A: The wave slide has a 250lb weight limit. The newer Chinee wave slides have a double wall thickness made to take heavier weight.
18. Can we attach a fun ride or zipline to a play system?
A: Due to safety reasons we strongly oppose this. This in effect will void any warranty. We suggest mounting the fun ride between two immobile items such as trees according to installation & safety guidelines provided with this product.
19. How many years will my children play on the system?
A: Children's interests vary, but we have found with the larger sets with more options, your children will continue to grow into, not out of, your new set. In fact, many parents & grandparents have as much fun as the kids.
20. Why do we coat the chain and what is the coating made of?
A: The chain is coated with a marine grade plastisol so it won't come off. The chain is heated at 300 degrees and double dipped in plastisol. The purpose for the coating is to keep little fingers from being pinched and hair from being caught. It also helps keep the chain from getting hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
21. Why do you use spring clips on the swing hangers?
A: Spring clips make it easier to change out accessories and to adjust the height of the accessories. Also, it provides an added safety feature not allowing swings to come off when swinging.
22. Can I design my own set?
A: Yes, or we can design one with you. You can add an extra swing beam, climbing ramp, rock wall, monkey bars, additional slides, or you can link towers together with a clatter bridge (or connecting bridge) to make the most ultimate play set in the neighborhood. We have custom designed.
23. Which wood is better, Southern Yellow Pine, Redwood/Cedar or other?
A: Redwood has been used for decades in outdoor furniture, decks, and play sets because it is attractive and naturally rot and insect resistant without the need of additional chemical pressure treating. Redwood tends to shrink, warp, and check or crack less than other woods in their natural state. However, these conditions still occur. Redwood, cedar and cypress are softer woods that will show more wear (nicks and dings) from normal use and from such things as weed whips. These woods also turn gray or even black, fairly rapidly, especially if left unsealed or unstained. Although these woods are naturally rot resistant, they will still rot, especially at ground level much faster than pressure treated pine. This is why most decks made of these softer woods (redwood, cedar, etc) still rely on the strength and durability of pressure treated pine for the in-ground posts and under carriage.
Southern Yellow Pine is much more attractive and durable than White Pine that you see at your typical lumber yard, such as Lowe's or Home Depot. The Southern Yellow Pine we use is pressure treated with an arsenic and chromium free process and also injected into the core of the wood with a water repellent to help resist the elements from the inside out. The wood is then kiln dried to help eliminate further shrinking, warping, checking or cracking, although these conditions can and do still occur.
Redwood, Cedar, Cypress and Southern Yellow Pine are all suitable for play structures. So the choice is yours. We've found that Southern Yellow Pine with pressure treatment is the most popular because of it's durability lower maintenance and ability to be left natural or stained to any color you would like, including redwood & cedar tones.
24. How difficult is it to install the play system myself?
A: If you decide to tackle the job yourself, step-by-step instructions are included. Having the proper tools, and a bit of patience, the sets go together well and can be a fun family project. (The Warranty does not cover improperly installed play systems).
25. How long does it take to install my new play system?
A: It varies depending on the size of the set and amount of options. For the average homeowner it's a two day project if you stick with it.
26. What happens to my play system if I move?
A: The sets add value and can be sold with your home, or dismantled and reset up at your new home (this is a service we can also provide).
27. Can I add or delete items to my play system?
A: Yes, you can add, delete, or exchange items. See your sales associate to see what is available.
28. Will children get splinters?
A: Sometimes manufacturers promote "splinter free wood" but have you ever seen a "splinter free tree"? We sand and round the corners on all wood components to reduce splinters to a bare minimum. We do recommend light sanding where needed and periodic stain/sealer if desired to maintain your set as splinter free as possible.
29. Do I need to put something under and around my play system such as wood chips?
A: It is recommended. Most injuries occur due to falls and a shock absorbing surface is far less likely to cause a serious injury. Surface materials that can be used would include sand, fine (pea) gravel, wood chips, bark or mulch & recycled rubber. We can assist you with any of these products including a variety of recycled rubber surfaces which have been shown to be more trouble free resilient and safe.
30. How far apart should the swings on my swing set be?
To prevent injuries from impact with moving swings, swings should not be too close together or too close to support structures. There should be no more than two swing seats suspended in the same section or bay of the support structure. The tire swing should be suspended in the same section or bay of the support structure.
31. I would like to put a swing set in the backyard for my children, what kind of surface should I put down on the ground?
A: Since almost 60 percent of all playground injuries are caused by falls to the ground, protective surfacing under and around all playground equipment is the most critical safety factor on playgrounds. Asphalt and concrete do not have any shock absorbing properties. Similarly, grass and turf's ability to absorb a shock during a fall can be reduced considerably through wear and environmental conditions. Certain loose-fill surfacing materials such as double shredded bark mulch, wood chips, fine sand, and fine gravel are acceptable. Certain manufactured synthetic surfaces are acceptable; however obtain shock-absorbing performance data before using these surfaces.
32. What are some of the things I can do to make sure our swing set and play area are safe for children?
A: Playgrounds should be inspected on a regular basis. Look for hazards, such as, hardware that is loose or worn, protrusions and projections, exposed equipment footings, splinters, large cracks, decayed wood components, damaged swing sets, handholds and guardrails, and deterioration and corrosion on structural components which connect to the ground.
33. What do they mean by "Fall Zones" concerning swing sets?
A fall zone, covered with a protective surfacing material, is essential under and around equipment where a child might fall. This should be free of other equipment and obstacles onto which a child might fall. Stationary climbing equipment should have a fall zone extending a minimum of 6 feet in all directions. Swings should have a fall zone that is two times the height of the pivot or swing hanger in front and in back of the swing seats.
34. How should I maintain my set?
A: A playset is a large wooden & steel structure that requires maintenance. There are many customers whose playsets last for years as a result of simple steps taken to ensure the wood's longevity. The wood on your Adventure Playset comes with a thin coat of stain that provides uniform coloration. Stain does not protect wood, however. Most customers have the best results when they sand and stain their wood then seal it with an oil-based sealant. In order to maintain your warranty you must maintain the wood and inspect it monthly. Remember, stain is for color and sealant is for protection.
35. What do I do when a bracing element breaks?
A: Bracing elements break when the playset becomes unlevel. As a playset settles, its center of balance can sometimes shift placing an undue amount of tension on a single area. When a bracing element cracks, it's time to check the set monthly for levelness. Take a level and ensure that all areas of your playset that are supposed to be level are level. If the ground is not level, dig out the high ground with a shovel. Make sure all of your hardware is loosened and then re-tightened uniformly afterward to accommodate the leveling changes made. Test it out with swinging and let us know if you need any further help.
36. My playset is swaying. What should I do?
A: As a playset settles, its center of balance can sometimes shift placing an undue amount of tension on a single area.
37. My playset is leaning. What should I do?
A: Using a level, check the fort horizontally from the bottom of the playset to the top. Start by verifying that the baseboards are level. If you have high ground, dig it out. Than move higher now, and check every tier for levelness. When checking the floor, ensure that the center of the floor is as level as the outside edges and the four corners. Check to ensure that tarp assembly is level. Check the swing beam/monkey bar brace, the rungs on the deck ladder, and the rungs on the rock wall. Check to see that the rock-wall brackets are level. Check to see that the fort angle brace brackets are level with each other.
Once you've checked the horizontal levelness, it's time to check it vertically. Check all uprights, wall slats, tarp uprights, deck ladder rails, rock-wall rails, and verify that they are straight. Once the fort is horizontally and vertically level, tighten the hardware to ensure it stays that way.
For the monkey bars/swing beam portion:
Check to see that the ground beam is level. If it is not, dig out the high ground. Check that the two green plastic angle brace brackets are even with each other. Check the rungs and beams of the monkey bars for levelness. On occasion, the monkey bar or swing beam will lean into the fort causing the assembly to become unlevel. Once it is level, tighten your hardware down uniformly and make sure it is staked to the ground.
38. How can I best prepare for our new playset so it stays sturdy and firm for years to come?
A: The most important this you can do to keep your playset from moving around is to ensure it remains on a very solid base. Many folks try to put the set on the grass but it's rare that a yard is perfectly level and without bumps. Or, they use a soft material such as mulch or sand and the set can actually make undercuts in the material which opens up the chance for movement. We suggest you take a look at these areas where the foot boards of the playset will rest. If necessary, install some paving stones and set the playset on them, then anchor it.
FAQ for Poker Table
1. How do I order a custom table?
A: Once you've looked through our options and have an idea of the table you're looking for, you can call 86-20-84433048/84432698/84434368/84437738 or email
export@china-entertainment.net to speak with us. We'll gladly answer any questions, discuss your options, quote you a price, and give you an estimated date that the table could be ready for delivery or pick-up. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required at the time of order, which allows us to begin work on your table immediately, or secures your table's place in our schedule if there are other orders pending. Many buyers opt to provide full payment at the time of order, but this is not required.
Once work is begun, tables typically take between 3 and 4 weeks to build and deliver. Prior to delivery/shipment of your table, the remaining 50% of the purchase price is due. 6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders received from Pennsylvania residents.
2. What size table is best?
A: You should consider the amount of space you have for a table, and the number of players you wish to accommodate. Generally speaking, it's always better to have a larger table for only a handful of players, than a smaller table when a few extra players show up. The recommended number of players is calculated based on 24" of rail length per player, and generally works out quite well. We have also often seen an additional player or dealer at each table size with reasonable comfort.
The "Recommended Floor Area" is approximately the amount of floor area you should allow for the table, and for seating around the table. These dimensions are provided as an ideal guide, and allow room for movement around the table while players are seated. Often, spaces a foot or two smaller than those recommended here will be adequate.

3. What can I get printed on the Custom Casino Cloth?
A: In short, nearly anything you can imagine. Through a process known as dye sublimation, we can do anything ranging from logos of your club, fraternity, league or business, to your initials, to whole-table photographs in full color. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination, and applicable copyright laws.
If you've watched a televised poker tournament and seen logos and images on the cloth, you've seen the high-quality nature of dye-sublimation graphics. Your artwork isn't simply painted on, it's permanently dyed in to last as long as the cloth itself. It will never peel, crack, blister or catch the edge of a card while you're dealing.
We are also able to produce tables bearing many collegiate and other logos. Please inquire for more information regarding the availability of your favorite school or logo.
4. Do you offer chairs?
A: Yes! We offer several choices in chairs, in a range of prices, which can be seen on our Poker Table Chairs page.
These high-quality factory-built chairs have been hand-selected for beauty and craftsmanship to compliment your Poker Table. Chairs are shipped direct to you, often in as little as 3-5 days, while custom orders of certain stains and upholstery materials may take longer.
We are especially fond of The Classic Bulldog Chair for its classic styling, durable construction, and affordable price (especially when you may be purchasing as many as ten chairs). The Classic Bulldog Chair is also available in an array of stain choices to closely match your Poker Table, and with arm-less, comfortable styling, approaches the ideal in accommodating even the largest of players, around the most crowded of poker tables.
5. Do you offer any less-expensive tables or options?
A: We're passionate about providing only the highest-quality professional tables for serious poker enthusiasts, period. Our commitment to pure, old-fashioned craftsmanship, requires the finest (and often the most expensive) materials. From a price standpoint, we simply cannot compete with particle board, mass production, and foreign labor, and we don't want to.
6. What are the limits to options I can have?
A: Many. Please refer to our catalog.
7. What size of tables do you offer?
A: Please refer to our catalog, thank you.
8. Are your tables portable?
A: Some of them are. For more detail, please check our website or catalog.
9. What wood is used?
A: All our tables are built using either Birch, Far Eastern or Brazil 18mm Plywood, Cabinet Grade*
Brazil: medium brown in colour, not much grain or detail.
Far Eastern: Reddish in colour, with strong grain and beautiful detail.
Birch: light brown in colour, heavier in weight and nice grain detail.
We veneer every visible edge of the plywood to give the impression of a solid piece of wood, or use molding.
Beware of other builders that are using chipboard, MDF or thinner/inferior plywood. They are more susceptible to warping and bowing. Whereas our tables are built to long-last.
10. How customized would my table be?
A: We strive to accommodate anyone looking for a quality table, and in many instances we may be able to work with you to achieve your visions and ideas. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or special requests, and we'll do our best to make your dream table a reality.
11. What is the cloth like?
A: We prefer using suited speed cloth.
If you are looking for the best playing surface, this is it. It is a superior playing surface to even most casinos' tables, specifically manufactured for the gaming industry. Many major casinos are now converting their tables to be covered in this cloth.
It is not called speed cloth for nothing. Cards glide effortlessly across the Teflon-coated surface, making dealing a pleasure. This material will not pill or fluff. The pattern features a repeating Heart, Diamond, Spade, and Club. Each suit is inside a repeating Diamond Shaped Outline. This Diamond Shaped Outline is a 1 inch square.
Specifications:
- 70% Polyester, 30% Olefin
- Protected by Teflon Fabric Protector, which makes spillages easy to remove
- Exceeds 30,000 Double Rubs
- Passes Flammability tests (Bulletin 117E, UFAC, BIFMA, & NFPA 260A)
Other playing surface materials we stock are mini-suited & non-suited speed cloth, ultra soft velveteen & casino gaming suede.
We have different sample wheels available, to help you decide.
12. What about the playing surface
A: On all playing surfaces we use closed cell foam.
Being closed cell ensures no liquids are absorbed, which gives extra protection and peace of mind should there be any spillages. The foam is firm enough to stack chips, but soft enough to peak at your cards.
13. What is a racetrack?
A: It is used as a place to keep chips and even cup holders/ashtrays. Other decorative styles have been used for the racetrack; including incorporating logos, signatures, artwork and our favorite - embedding casino chips. Other styles include having a metal racetrack.
A racetrack table can have a little more impact, but it can make the table a little more impractical. It's down to personal preference. Having a racetrack table does increase the noise during play with people stacking and rifling chips.
A benefit of a racetrack is to have a defined line between the chips in and out of play, acting as a betting line, without having a customized cloth.
Each racetrack we produce is stained to match the table and varnished to protect the woodwork, giving a smooth, glass-like finish.
14. What about the padded arm rest?
A: For the arm rest (or referred to as the rail), we use high density foam for the padding.
Be cautious of table suppliers who use reconstituted, or anything other than high density foam. Whilst the rail gives a firm feel, the foam will degrade over time and will not retain it's shape.
Every rail is constructed of a single piece of foam and faux leather vinyl*. There are no joins in the foam or vinyl. Using single pieces of both foam and vinyl, gives a much better seamless appearance, as well as having longer lasting benefits.
The vinyl we use is a premium soft, "leather" vinyl it has the look and wonderful soft feel of expensive leather.
Other manufacturers will use foam joined together, so seams can be felt underneath and/or seams in the vinyl, which can tear and spoil the appearance of the table.
15. Are your poker tables prefabricated?
A: No, our tables are designed from the 'ground up' to the exact specifications of our customers; each table truly is custom and unique.
16. Can I view tables that you have already built?
A: We have pictures of some of our delivered tables online, please check it.
17. What happens if someone damages my table?
A: We can repair or replace most parts.
We can recover playing surfaces or rails if damage occurs or you simply fancy a colour scheme change.
18. How long does it take to build my custom table?
A: Once all specifications and options are finalized and signed off by the customer, along with the deposit, custom poker tables are generally completed in 2 to 3 weeks. Our tables are built to order, handcrafted to suit the individual client. The attention for detail required demands time to prepare each table. To stain and protect wood with polyurethane takes three to five days alone to reach our standard of quality!
19. Do you manually cut your race track tables?
A: No. Again, we use our partner’s professional spray booth to stain and finish our race track tables and wood pedestal legs. There are no brush marks or streaks in the finish of our tables. The end result is furniture-quality finish and nothing less.
20. How much do your tables weigh?
A: It depends on different model. For more detail, please check our catalog.

FAQ on Pool Table
1. What is the difference between a slate table and a non-slate table ?
A: Quality tables will have a bed made from Italian slate. Italian slate is much more durable and will last virtually forever. Non slate tables have a bed made usually from compressed board; these tables are mainly used for kids. They do not tend to last long.
2. What is the difference between Tables with Drop Pocket Design and Ball Return Design?
A: Tables with Drop Pocket Design are just like other typical tables that have the traditional pockets while tables with Ball Return Design have pockets that have only one common place to stack the ball. To explain that further, that is when a ball drops to any of the pockets the ball slides to the common place through a common canal.
3. What is the advantage if my table has precision built-in leg leveler feature?
A: The advantage of such feature is the ball roll is precise. Leveling the table makes it easier if you have such feature in your table.
4. What is the recommended room size for a pool table?
A: For a 6 foot table the recommended room size is 12' x 15'.
For a 7 foot table the recommended room size is 12'6" x 15'.

10. Do I have to sit home for days to wait for the pool table comes?
A: We don’t have manuals available but there are instruction books available online and you can find references in your local library. Nevertheless, we still recommend that you seek a professional installer to ensure proper leveling and play of all pool tables. For even an experienced professional installer requires a few hours to install the table to standards.
11. How do I brush my pool table?
A: The brush is the second most important item when it comes to caring for pool tables. Brush the table in one direction only, the same direction each and every time. The most recommended direction is from head to foot (from where you break with the cue ball to where you rack the balls).
12. How often should I brush my billiard table?
A: Brushing the pool table depends on how often you play. An estimate would be every ten hours of play. When the table is brand new, probably brush it every day even if you played only for an hour or two but is really not necessary.
13. How about cleaning my pool table with a vacuum?
A: An occasional once-over with the vacuum cleaner will really help to keep cloth looking new. Th
